Right of withdrawal for consumers

(Consumer means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jonas Hain, Heilbronner Straße 12, 10711 Berlin, telephone number: +4917634623196, e-mail address: shop@jonashain.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using a correspondingly labelled button ("Cancel Contract" or a similar designation) on our website (jonas-hain.myshopify.com/). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), including information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Reasons for expiry

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where the consumer is obliged to pay a price, if the consumer:

1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur shall begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

2. has confirmed that they are aware that, by giving their consent, they lose their right of withdrawal when performance of the contract begins, and

3. the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with confirmation of the contract, within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than when the digital content not supplied on a tangible medium is made available, on a durable medium:

    - in which the content of the contract is reproduced, and

    - which records that the consumer expressly agreed, before performance of the contract, that the entrepreneur should begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and confirmed their awareness that they lose their right of withdrawal when performance of the contract begins.
